Before anything else, I am a human. My work as a somatic practitioner and yoga teacher grows from that.
I am drawn to depth, honesty, and the quieter layers of experience. I value presence over performance, and I trust the intelligence of the body more than urgency or force. I am someone who listens closely, feels deeply, and stays curious about what lives beneath the surface - within myself and in relationship with others.
As a practitioner, I am known for being steady, attuned, and grounded. I create spaces where people can slow down, notice what is alive, and begin to develop a more honest and connected relationship with themselves. I hold space for the nuanced and often messy parts of being human, supporting awareness, integration, and meaningful change. My work is not about fixing or striving, but about creating the conditions for people to reconnect with their own guidance.
I come to this work through both study and lived experience. My path has included navigating disconnection and learning how to return to my body in a way that feels safe, supportive, and real. Through this, I have come to trust that healing is not linear. It unfolds over time, through relationship, attention, and the capacity to stay with what is present.
My work is rooted in somatics and informed by Polyvagal Theory, interpersonal neurobiology, embodiment philosophy, and yin yoga. Drawing from these modalities, I support expanding nervous system capacity, embodied awareness, and deeper connection to self, others, and life. Through gentle movement, breath, and presence, I invite curiosity, compassion, and a sense of aliveness into the everyday experience of being human.
This work has been shaped by the spaces and teachers I’ve learned from, including Sally Miller, Leyna Schaeffer, Angela Quinn, and Bernie Clark, whose guidance continues to influence the way I teach - with steadiness, care, and respect for each person’s journey.
I am not here to offer quick fixes. I am here to support work that is relational, intentional, and sustainable.
At its core, my work is grounded in a simple truth: when we feel safe enough to inhabit ourselves fully, our capacity for connection, authenticity, and freedom naturally expands.
